There's not much...The sirloin sounds wonderful. There's not much to making bone broth. Here's my plan: Bones, gallon water, couple tablespoons cider vinegar, couple teaspoons salt. You can add smashed garlic or other herbs, too. Bring to a boil then simmer all day. Strain and cool.
