MONDAY - Quinoa Indian Chicken - I've been looking for ways to add more flavor to my dinners, so I'm excited to try Heather's recipe found over at Celiac Family.
TUESDAY - Swiss Steak in the Crockpot with gluten-free noodles - This will also be a new one for me. I found it over at the foodnetwork.com. It's a Paula Deen recipe so its bound to be good. I'll serve it with Schar Gluten-Free Pasta.
WEDNESDAY - Cream of Potato Soup {gluten, dairy and egg-free} - All too soon the season for soups will be over, so I'd like to enjoy this while we can.
THURSDAY - I'm hoping for leftovers from Tuesday and Wednesday.
St. Patrick's Day is on Saturday, not Friday, but it just doesn't work for us to make this meal on Saturday, so we'll have it a day early. It'll be okay since we aren't Irish anyway.
SATURDAY - Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Peas and Cranberry Sauce - See, we can't have corned beef on Saturday 'cause we've got a turkey to cook, and Saturday's are just good days for cooking turkeys. Okay, its really because my husband, not me, is the one who prepares turkeys around our house.
SUNDAY - Dido Saturday! That's the joyful thing about turkey.

Let me know what you think of the Indian Chicken. Last week I made it with pineapple instead of peaches and it was just as good.
ReplyDeleteI'm anxious to try your Cream of Potato Soup - looks yummy!
Heather - I loved it! Even without the mango chutney (which I didn't have) it was full of flavor. All three kids plus hubby enjoyed it too! I facebooked about it.
