Monday: Salad Dressing Chicken and Rice
Tuesday: Baked Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
Wednesday: Chili in the Crockpot and cornbread based on, but slightly modified from this great recipe from The Gluten Free Goddess.
Thursday: Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken Teriyaki (This is a new recipe I recently found and tried and really liked! Because I really don't like snap peas, I used broccoli instead. If you use broccoli, just be sure to add it very near serving time to prevent mushy veggie syndrome.)
Friday: Pizza (We have a very busy Friday - field trip to historic Philadelphia, swing by the train station to pick up my dad, attempt to get 2 girls to dance class close to on-time. Pizza, already made and waiting in the freezer, sounds like a winner to me!)
Saturday: We'll be going out for dinner to Pei Wei. If you're not familiar with this place, you should check it out. Its owned by the same people who run P.F. Chang and they have a small, but nice selection on their gluten-free menu. Very kid friendly, too!
Sunday: Leftover Chili and perhaps a fresh batch of cornbread

Thanks for joining the menu swap again this week. Chili and crockpots seem to be a common theme on menus lately. The Cashew Chicken Teriyaki sounds like something my family would like, too.
