I'd say we had a good week. How 'bout you? My 10 yr old daughter and I had a delightful time at the Mother/Daughter banquet Saturday evening. The leaders of Faith Girls always remember to accomodate her food allergies (thank you!). The evening's theme was Broadway, complete with a dance instructor teaching us some steps from Broadway musicals like Mary Poppins. The meal was fashioned after a New York deli so we had hot deli sandwiches - my daughter's sandwich was made on slices of Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free Awesome Sandwich Bread. We had lots of fun wearing feather boas and sequins and posing for pictures.
Anyway . . . trying lots of new recipes this week. Should be fun! And, as always, all of these are gluten, dairy and egg-free dinners.
