Tomorrrow is Valentine's Day and a great excuse to make heart-shaped Sugar Cookies. My kids and I will have to make these next week when we return home from traveling. Right now, we are up in New Hampshire visiting my family so I'm being treated to a week off from cooking! -Nice, huh! So here's what my mom has planned for our meals.
MONDAY - Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Peas and Cranberry Sauce (sounds like Thanksgiving - yum!)
TUESDAY - Tacos
WEDNESDAY - Bell and Evans Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets and French Fries. I hadn't heard of these before so I'm excited to try them out!
THURSDAY - Spaghetti and Meatballs
FRIDAY - Leftovers from our turkey dinner
SATURDAY - Pulled Chicken over Rice (I have this waiting in my freezer at home. We'll be traveling home on Saturday so it will be quick and easy to pull this out of our freezer and reheat for dinner.)
SUNDAY - Hmm . . . haven't figured this one out yet so I'm hoping I've got something yummy stashed in my freezer. Traveling has a way of messing with meal planning.

Spaghetti is one of my favorite go-tos recipes.
ReplyDeleteYummy!
You have a wonderful and delicious week.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Yum! Your menu sounds great. I bet it will even taste better because your mom is making it! Have a great, relaxing and fun week.
ReplyDeleteWe love the Bell & Evans GF Chicken Nuggets at our house, too. I mean my kids REALLY love them. If you buy the chicken breasts, you can also make a quick parmesan chicken with them. Just add some marinara and parmesan for the last 5-10 min of baking.
